We are looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and diligent Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and ecosystem and who is looking to get more exposure into the operational and support processes that drive systems design. You will play a critical role in managing and improving the software stack that allows us to build a scalable and sustainable sales engine at Scale!

What you'll do:

  • Assist the Business Systems Manager in various work streams on Salesforce.com
  • Ensure effective data management in Salesforce.com and from integrated systems (such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Outreach), including auditing, preventing and resolving data integrity issues
  • Manage the case queue to support various applications and respond to user requests
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover process gaps and develop elegant solutionsWork towards continuous improvement of the system, with a good understanding of release processes and deployments
  • Identify gaps in our existing implementations to configure and develop solutions for increased productivity 
  • Understand and fix existing system problems and maintain automations on a daily basis
  • Assess and manage user profiles, permissions, and access 
  • Keep abreast of upcoming releases and features

What we're looking for:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator with knowledge on configuration best practices
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com implementation (design, configuration, deployment) and extensive experience debugging and troubleshooting in Lightning UI
  • Experience in the different process automation methods and designing of effective UX/UIAbility to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay self-motivated 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Familiarity with other sales software tools and integrations (such as LinkedIn, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc)
  • Strong analytics or metrics orientation and ability to deconstruct relational datasets
  • Knowledge of Apex, VF, Aura Lightning Components, or LWC a plus
  • Interest in AI/ML and/or sales organizations
