Order Revenue Management Associate

Scale AI is looking to hire a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Order Revenue Management Associate to join its Accounting team. This crucial role will play an integral part in day-to-day revenue operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to update and maintain the revenue calculations in our database to ensure revenue accuracy, order management (OM), accounts receivable (AR), and invoice management (IM).

Our ideal candidate has the highest moral standards and is experienced in handling highly confidential information.  You must have strong analytical skills and an eagerness to learn, as well as be a collaborative team player who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You will:

  • Support Sales Ops and Revenue Accounting team in SalesForce CPQ optimization project
  • Partner with Sales and Engagement Management teams to proactively identify and enter contract order details in the revenue management system for new and existing customer projects to ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting
  • Review the company revenue calculations daily to identify and resolve any revenue calculation issues
  • Keep detailed information and ensure timeliness in sending invoices to our customers and collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders, communicating via email, and working with Sales to ensure on-time collections.
  • Identify and implement process improvements. We strive to maintain pace with our growth and keep an eye on scalability in everything we do.

Ideally you'd have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience with AR, OM, and IM is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
