Scale AI is accelerating the development of AI applications for the enterprise.  AI will have a transformational impact on the world and we’re looking for experienced, top-performing Account Executives to join us on this journey.  These Account Executives should be passionate about and have demonstrated the ability to build and own their business within a sales territory. They have experience executing a ‘land and expand’ strategy to win new logos and grow strategic accounts.  These individuals are top performers from enterprise software companies and fast-growing startups. They have a successful track record and established a reputation for inspiring, challenging, and advising their customers, partners, and teammates. They’ve earned respect by interacting with both technical and business leaders to align and showcase AI capabilities, applications and use cases that transform a customer’s business. 
You will:
  • Align with Scale AI’s strategic objectives, manage and grow revenue within a defined territory, and drive customer success at all levels
  • Convey public and acquired intelligence about customers technology footprints, strategic growth plans, technology strategies, and competitive landscape and trends
  • Own your end to end sales cycle while working with and leveraging an extended team of sales development, product/technical experts, legal team members, and executives to progress opportunities and drive large scale deals
  • Develop relationships at all levels of an organization – executives, influencers and decision-makers
  • Lead and close high-value customers and transactions, build pipeline, forecast business, and regularly communicate key updates
Ideally you'd have:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience exceeding sales goals 
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
  • Fast-moving start-up and knowledge of AI/machine learning concepts and use cases
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated success in winning new accounts and creating pipeline in new markets
  • A network of strong relationships in the enterprise that can be leveraged getting off to a fast start
