The Special Projects Group drives mission-critical initiatives within Scale to discover and develop new market opportunities across a wide range of industries, use cases, and geographies. 

As a Deployment Strategist, you will be joining as an early member of this team and have the opportunity to directly impact the planning, execution and all aspects of building this critical team to Scale’s long term success as we rapidly expand into other areas.

You will:

  • Tackle ambiguous, open-ended questions around our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, and quickly implement and iterate on solutions that deliver measurable results
  • Work closely with Scale executives and key members of the organization to develop market hypotheses and test them rapidly. 
  • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Work effectively with diverse cross functional teams to come up with the best solution and implement quickly
  • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
  • Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values via close coaching / mentoring by our leadership and Strategy team members. 
  • Report to Scale’s Managing Director.

You’d have:

  • A penchant for digging deep into data, thinking from first principles, and exercising sound judgment in the face of ambiguity
  • A strong orientation towards driving outcomes, and experience building process and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • A team based mindset and the ability to work and build relationships with a wide range of people
  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, or a high-growth startup
  • Experience with B2B organizations and the ability to understand and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong Excel, SQL and Powerpoint experience 
  • Interest in being a culture carrier and helping to build this new team
