Shiva Rajaraman is currently VP of Product at OpenSea the world’s largest NFT marketplace. Previously he led Commerce at Meta (neé Facebook) helping direct-to-consumer brands reach new customers via new experiences such as live shopping, product drops, and creator shops. Prior, he led technology at WeWork where he launched a new on-demand space offering and received a masterclass in the importance of governance. Earlier he was VP Product at Spotify, where he helped usher in an era of personalization, new product experimentation, and expansion into new formats including podcasts. He spent much of his early career at Google and YouTube, helping people discover entertainment, education, and inspiration created by anyone for everyone. He’s most passionate about helping underserved artists and developers build a community and make a real living doing it.
