Scale accelerates our customers’ development of AI applications by co-creating and managing tailor-fit data annotation pipelines. The Operations Excellence team solves some of our most critical operational challenges to enable cost-efficient growth. You’ll be designing, building, and implementing new tools, solutions and processes to drive cross-functional productivity, alignment, and process optimization.
You’ll be the first hire on a small-team of exceptional problem-solvers, and will collaborate closely with multiple teams throughout the business (e.g., Operations, Analytics, Go To Market, Finance, and Engineering). In this role, you will develop a deep strategic understanding of the Scale business while driving detailed operational execution.
