We’re growing our labelling operations significantly. We’re looking for our first head of growth to lead the growth of our crowd labelers. You will be a key leader in Supply Ops and Scale and oversee all things to do with our crowd labelers to ensure we’re attracting and retaining the right people and keep them engaged and happy while reducing costs of operation. We’re look for a strategic problem solver who will also lead and grow our operations team.
You will:
  • Oversee growth organization which comprises of the following: 1) community and payouts 2) capability training and training of labelers 3) tasker acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Develop KPIs for your team and collaborate throughout the organization to achieve those KPIs and company wide objectives
  • Identify ways to optimize the growth funnel of our labelers
  • Find and implement creative and cost efficient channels to grow a high quality base of taskers
  • Identify the need to hire and build a team to scale training and education for labelers, along with the other critical functions of the role
Ideally you'd have:
  • 8+ years of experience in growth, product, and/or in operations
  • Strong management skills in leading a large team while growing, hiring, and developing top talent
  • Quantitative background with strong analytical and problem solving mindset to solving business problems
  • Flexibility to go back and forth between thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to get work done
Nice to have:
  • Management consulting experience with a top tier firm
  • Experience working in a high growth startup
  • Experience owning growth metrics in an operational capacity
