At Scale, we believe that AI will dramatically improve the world, and our mission is to accelerate the development of AI. To help achieve this mission, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help Scale grow.

AI is rapidly changing the world, and Scale is growing to meet that rapid demand. Our Recruiting team is small but mighty with ambitious goals. Our QA team is rapidly growing as well and we're looking for a contract recruiter to hire dozens of people into our QA team over the next few months.

You will:

  • Drive and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial reach out to offer to close for our QA team.
  • Execute on our existing hiring and interview process. Identify & implement ways to make our existing interview process more efficient.
  • Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, other recruiters, and hiring partners to build a transparent interview experience.
  • Conduct phone interviews to determine initial fit for candidates
  • Identify channels for generating strong applicants. Respond quickly to applicants and referrals
  • Source passive candidates as needed to meet hiring goals

Ideally you'd have:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A bias towards action and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to use data - both quantitative and qualitative - to inform decisions
  • Ability to distill complex information into a consumable and organized format with a focus on content, tone and structure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BS/BA degree OR equivalent work experience.
