Our Business Recruiter will support a diverse group of hiring partners including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Analytics, Customer Success, Supply Operations, People teams, and more!
- Drive and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from sourcing to close.
- Work closely with hiring teams across the business to defining roles, requirements, interview process, and offer processes.
- Influence and educate hiring teams on recruiting, interviewing best practices, and building inclusive teams.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators, Sourcers, Technical Recruiters, and hiring partners to build a seamless candidate and hiring partner experience.
- Source for external facing recruiting and marketing events.
- 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience working in a team environment with shared goals.
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
- Experience in sourcing for passive candidates through multiple channels.

- BS/BA degree OR equivalent work experience.
